Like most professionally managed homes, we ask guests to complete a quick pre-arrival verification step.

🛡️ Damage Protection: Required before arrival. Choose between a $400 refundable hold or a $55 non-refundable waiver.

🏊 Pool Heating: Available for $75/day and must be arranged in advance. The pool is open seasonally, while the hot tub is available year-round.

🏀 Sport Court: Located outdoors and best enjoyed in good weather.



🕓 Early Check-in & Late Checkout: May be available upon request, depending on availability.



NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
