The bedrooms were good size for a weekend. Although we did not use the kitchen, it was organized and clean.The hosts were very responsive to the concerns we had with entering the property and communicating with them during our stay. One problem we had with the property was that we found the floor under the carpet and floor slabs was very unstable, quite a few "dips" as you walked throughout the house. Possible "trip hazards" if not sure-footed. Also since we stayed in the upper residence, 3 exterior doors could have an additional "interior" latch lock for guests' sense of safety/protection. This quaint 2nd floor 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex had everything we needed for a weekend visit. Free on-street parking, just a 12 minute drive to the Arena district and 10 minutes to the German Village. A Kroger is just a few minute drive away to stock up on food/snacks for your stay. Owners were responsive and answered questions quickly. The check-in / check-out process was a piece of cake. The code for the electronic deadbolt was sent the morning of arrival, and we were only asked to wash any dishes we used and carry out the trash before leaving. The home was clean, the two queen beds were very comfortable, and being able to keep up with streamed shows on the Roku TV's was a pleasant bonus! If you have difficulty climbing stairs, this wouldn't be a good fit for you, as the stairway access is on the steep side. The fold out couch in the living room, while functional, should probably be reserved for kids and adults that can sleep on anything. I would highly recommend this property, and will definitely stay again the bevy time in attending an event in Columbus. ##### Christine F. My kids loved it. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch a wonderful fireworks display. I can’t praise this property or it’s owners enough. Our experience here was great. The house was exactly how the listing showed. The whole house made my husband and our children feel at home. It was neat, clean and it had everything we needed. Our communication with Ketevan was great. She was attentive and responded very quickly to every text. Ketevan you were an excellent host!! Thank you! The neighborhood was ok, it was very quiet and we found parking on the street every time we return, but different. This was my first time in Ohio, so many things were new.
