"This house has great space for a group of adults. The 3 bathrooms and bedrooms were a luxury for our group of 5. A few cleanliness issues but overall it was fine. The hot tub was great and the kitchen was adequately equipped. If there were 8 people as advertised, you may be short on plates/glasses and the table only seats 6. Brown Co State Park is close and the hiking is surprisingly good for Indiana! We would definitely go back."

I think 6-8 people is a perfect group staying at the property but if you want to entertain some friends outside you can get a lot of people in the outside bar area with a lot of room to roam.
