The staff is friendly and helpful. It's possible to run the HVAC fan constantly to block noise from the hallways. The breakfast buffet is hot, fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. I will stay here again.

I was happy with our stay. We got a suite for 6 people at a good price. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and you’re one (mile) freeway exit away from super walmart and other shopping. Nice pool, heated, with a shower available to rinse off. It was everything we wanted it to be !

This was a great property and an easy off-the-interstate option that was only about 15 min from MIZZOU. I didn’t like that you had to pay $12/person for breakfast. That seemed pretty expensive but, overall, it was a nice stay with super friendly staff.

Hotel looks a lot better in pictures. Outside and lobby are mostly updated but rooms are not. Peeling wallpaper and old carpets.

The check in process was easy and the room was clean. The pool area was nice my kids really enjoy it. The beds were comfy and after 11pm it was quite in the hotel for the most part.

It was quiet. Clean. The staff were very helpful, respectful, and polite. I did notice t like that the heavy curtains did not close all the way. Nor did I like when I got stuck out side and neither of my two key cards would work. The person behind the desk did see me and did let me in but it was a little bit of an inconvenience.

Pretty standard for a H inn Express as far as the rooms go. Cleanliness and housekeeping were good and checking in/out were easy. Breakfast is not complimentary. When we had breakfast, there was one kid handling everything and it was obvious he was new. He did the best he could but the cook was also new and made some mistakes. Pretty minor really, the hotel is 10 minutes from downtown Columbia where there are other great eateries.

The room had not been swept and the toilet was stained so bad, no way a brush had been used for weeks. We stay approximately 4-5 nights a year for the last 3 years and the was the worst ever. Also no chair in the room to sit down. C’mon Holiday Inn

Given occupied room!!
I pre-booked and pre-paid for a room for three nights to attend my husband‘s funeral. I checked in around midnight into a room that was already occupied!!!!! The strange man was sleeping in the bed. The manager took another hour to find a subpar room with mold, curtains that were down and heavy urine smell.

Keisha, the front desk gal, was absolutely amazing to work with! After a horrid situation with another hotel, she went out of her way to find us a room so we could have a clean and safe place to stay. Every hotel employee was attentive and kind which made for a delightful experience. I would totally stay there again!!!

The hotel is dated and much in need of some remodeling. The carpet in the room didn’t smell but it looked like it should have. Everything just looks very worn. My biggest complaint and disgust comes from the bed. When I went to bed I turned out the lights and got into bed. I don’t know why I didn’t check the bed first but I was just tired. It was in the morning when I got up that I saw the dried blood on the sheets and it wasn’t mine. I spoke with the front desk and after getting a little heated the clerk finally apologized. Wow…..that made it all better. Sarcasm intended. The restaurant is another story. The guy bussing the tables was also cleaning the concrete outside the side door with bleach, with the door open. Nothing like the smell of bleach to enhance your breakfast. The food was ok, but there was a steady, and I mean constant, parade of housekeeping, staff and maintenance people through the restaurant right behind our table. We kind of felt like we were in the way. I should also mention the big trash can against the wall, under the restaurant name, very close to the tables. My impression of this hotel is that the general manager must be completely inept to have things running this poorly. I will be spending my money at another hotel chain after this and recommend everyone think twice before staying here.

Room was clean but the shower was disgusting. Compared to other IHG motels on this trip , this one was the worst. Breakfast was non existent unless you wanted to pay for it.

While we did offer free fresh fruit, muffins, pastries, pop tarts and other continental items, the rest of our breakfast is provided by Kem's restaurant and cooked to order.

Front desk person was kind the night we checked in. The nights we came back to the hotel she was sitting in the dark in the other room. The room was not clean. There were stains on the carpet, and stains on the bedding. The bathroom was not clean especially the toilet. There was no extra toilet paper and we ran out of tissues on the second day. There were only two coffee cups and two water glasses. Our reservation came with breakfast which was only available as a buffet one of the mornings out of five. Absolutely the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in.

We found dog hair in the bed. In less then 5 minutes we were able to change rooms. In the new room we found toilet paper on the floor in the bathroom, and the tub was still wet with dog hair everywhere. I would not recommend this hotel. Sorry but no.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness and furnishings of this hotel, the worst Holiday Inn we’ve stayed in. In one of our rooms, the bedding had black hairs all over it, even had black hairs in the refrigerator. My veterinarian SIL said it looked like dog hair. When the front desk was told about it, they provided new bedding for US to change the beds. They also told us to pick up a vacuum cleaner so we could vacuum the floors. We did it because it was a big state sports weekend and the area hotels were full.
