The hotel was wonderful. The only problem is that it was so short staffed that there was one employee on the night we checked in. The front door was locked and we had to wait about 15 mins for the one staff member to let us in.

The cookies at check in were a hit with my son. Loved the walking trail right off site. Breakfast was good. Staff was fantastic. So glad we chose this hotel for our stay.

Charging $75 for a small dog does not seem fair the price of cleaning the room. I’m sure is in the price you charge for the room per night. Besides that very nice place to stay.

It was very nice, the window seal in our room was broke so window had a “milky” look to it. Also garbage trucks could be heard at 3:30am. But overall it was good. Loved the walking trail around the little lake.

Smell of burnt incense in my room. The night manager came up and smelled it too. I was asked if I wanted to switch but my wife was in process of unpacking. Night manager informed me that he would contact his GM. Never heard anything back.

Should he told that the hotel is under construction. Water shut off for hours then no hot water. Very very unhappy with my stay here. Book a king room and it was reserved I get here and it’s not available any more.

Wonderful hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and beds very comfortable. Easily accessible from the highway. Breakfast had numerous hot and cold food items including cheese omelettes, waffles, bacon, cold cereals and fresh fruit salad. Staff was friendly 😄. Would gladly stay there again in the future.

Great business stop in Columbia.
I frequently stay at this Hampton Inn location. It is convenient for anything that I would like to do while I am in Columbia. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

We were a team of three couples and we enjoyed the stay in your hotel very much, especially the morning walk around the lake and the walkway. I forgot my bracelet and reading glasses in my room and the staff recovered them and mailed them to me. Really appreciated that!

The rooms were clean and well kept. The property outside was just welcoming with the soft lights hung over the walkway entrance. After driving 10 hours it was really nice to take a stroll behind the hotel on their paved walking path around the pond and see a few animals. It was a Beautiful view. My family was very impressed with the complimentary breakfast. A good choice of options for all, and the dining area was nice and clean. The staff did a great job keeping up behind others. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we had to come that way. If there is one suggestion I could make for the hotel is to have the pool heated since they keep it open all year.
