The property doesn't look anything like the picture. It was run down, the parking lost was shot. I didn't even check in or look. It was horrible.

Smelly but expensive
Two rooms smell musty and smoky. Was there 5 days and this is the only hotel within 30 miles. Expensive $120 plus taxes. The staff was friendly but Over priced and stinks. Windows don’t open. This is a last resort

Don't stay here!
Room was clean but had a smell about it like lots of carpet fresh. We had no hot water for our stay and was not informed about it when we checked in. Desk clerk said they were afraid people wouldn't stay. And the housekeeper said it "was ok". We were there for a funeral and kind of hard to take a cold shower. Also, hot breakfast was nonexistent by 7. Supposed to be open 6-9. Overall terrible experience!!!

If you like sleeping on plywood this is the place to stay. I haven’t felt anything as hard as the bed in our room since Prom night.

Not worth the price.
The hotel was very old, which is not immediate a bad thing. The room very unclean, there were no basic toiletries provided and it was full of layers of dust everywhere which made for a miserable weekend of allergies. Unfortunately it was grad weekend and the better hotels that happened to be cheaper, were all booked.

The early check-in was nice. The close proximity of the tiny dining area. The king suite was a JOKE. No sheers at the windows to help keep you from being seen by the public. Overall I would never stay there again let alone recommend to anyone. Thank you

The property is old and does not meet the same standards I saw in the pictures online. The rooms did not smell good. The sheets, pillows, and bath towels were worn and not usable. I refused to stay at the hotel because of its unfit conditions. The hotel did give me a refund. I need a refund from Expedia.

Sad place to stay!
Well for 139.00 a night, this place left much to be desired. Dirty steps up to second floor. I have bad knees so that sucked. Rooms, fairly clean horrible bedding and beds. No complementary shampoos, conditioner and soaps. Everything empty in breakfast area in morning! Very dissapointed!

To start, the staff was fantastic and understanding. We had originally booked for two nights but simply couldn’t stay a second night. The room we were in was a “luxury suite”, post-remodel and it was terrible. Filthy air vents, drywall mud splattered everywhere, carpets never been clean, tub that was not properly installed and leaked, shower handle not properly installed so hot water was not accessible, curtain would not close and light came through all night. Avoid this hotel.

regular stay, condition of hotel was ok, room was clean and didnt have smells. AC worked good, bedding is older and probably could be upgraded. The only issue I had was the bed bug bites on my arms when I woke up or something nasty as it left huge welts on both arms.

Avoid if at all possoble.
First room we arrived in smelled horrible. Had to leave the room for an hour following arrival to allow to air out. The TV stopped working in the first room, so we were moved to another. There was mold growing up the shower curtain, caked dust on the vents, mold on the floors in the bathrooms, very stained bedding on both beds, some kind of food material left in closet from previous tenants, and the list goes on. We left and booked next door. My inlaws also had a room during this same stay which they had to swap due to no cleani g during the stay being performed. Additionally a used wash cloth was found in the tub upon checking in. I recommend not staying here is possible.

This room isn't finished. Nasty old microwave with no plate, no fridge, no vent cover? Tub is being worked on. The lights are either yellow and dim or bright blue. The fixtures are rusted and beat up. This is not the room for the picture.

The staff were above and beyond helpful and very courteous. Breakfast had run out early and they managed to find a few more muffins for a few of us. The hotel staff was very welcoming.

Bad experience with roach in room and bad smells.
The area was great, there was plenty of stores nearby. The hotel has roaches in the room and smelled bad. The bathroom within the room wasn’t clean. I was very disappointed in the shape of the hallways and rooms.

The place need updating!!!! The room was clean, however sheets, pillows and shower curtain were pretty stain, made you wonder if they were clean or not. I used my own blanket to cover myself and baby.

The place looked dirty, no free breakfast as stated, no pool to use as stated, our "ready" room wasnt even cleaned as he informed it was. There was a musky, smelly odor that we couldnt identify. The toilet didnt flush right and the beds were small. But at least it had tv and a/c.

Triple Charges for my Stay at Roadwayin ColombiaMs
When I arrived at this roadway Inn, I was told I needed to pay for my stay due to according to them I used a Mastercard and it was denied. You meaning Hotels.com had already applied my Visa taking care of the charges for my stay. This was frustrating in the early a.m. The attendent stated I had to pay again not knowing what to in a strange place. He ran my Visa twice. I didn't realize it until I looked at my email from my bank. I was horrified. I don't have money to give to a place this. I am a senior trusting Hotel.com reason for chosing your company to secure my reservation. I trusted your company and this Hotel. I won't regard any to stay there. They me a room 116 with a bathroom and the door wouldn't shut due to the toilet blocked the door from closing. I called to the attendant and was nonchalant and finally he came with key for another room and I had sign that room 114. I came there for a high school graduation in Angie La. We didn't have toliet tissue nor and face towels. I need my refund back and please get with Roadway Inn. The hotel told me give them three days. They refund 1 charge for my stay. Please handle this situation. I was told also the night attendant was new not a saying much for hotel. I am UPSET. HELP. YOU CHARGED ME ONE PRICE AND ROADWAY INN ONE???

Pathetic, Bad, Horrible Experience. Rude behaviour
The Room was dirty, beds were undone, trashcan was full, stinky.... asked to change the room so without any regret offered another room key and said if you don't like you can leave.. we will refund the money.... That's rude!!! It was raining heavily and we were told that it is the only room left.. take it or leave it....Pathetic experience... Never Recommended... Please take them off your list. We asked for a non smoking room but was offered a smoking room to accept under pressure as other hotels were 45mins away and it was raining heavily...

Hotel needs work but staff is superfriendly
This hotel needs a lot of work there was no ceiling in the hall way. The staff was so nice and friendly. The beds were really oid and not comfortable at all . It was the only hotel in the area that was open so that was something !
