« I spent a week at the Richland Inn. The room was very basic. It would be an acceptable choice for someone who is not fussy and who is on a tight budget. There was no soap in the room and no hangers; an iron – – but no ironing board. Since there was no soap, there was no soap dish. So when they provided the soap that I requested, it caked and stuck onto the countertop.

« The house was immaculate upon arrival. The area is beautiful - set in a more rural area near Columbia, TN. There was a pond on the property our dogs enjoyed walking to each day. The provided toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, etc) and snacks were appreciated. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are visiting our family. »

« It’s a great place to stay if you just wanna sleep. Stayed overnight. The staff was very sweet and very professional. The room was OK. I had to go down and ask for soap. Also, the pool, which is one of the reasons why I booked this event was filthy and closed out of order with no notice. No one said anything about the pool being closed it should be on there post that it’s out of order rather than one of the amenities.. other than that it was a nice day stayed overnight no issues. « My partner and I drove over 7 hours from North Carolina to this hotel for a concert we were attending and we were very tired and looking forward to relaxing a bit. Upon checking in, we were informed there was no running hot water. We were not offered any discount or compensation for this. Once we got into our room, we immediately heard a loud noise that sounded like running water coming from the toilet. Flushing it did not solve this problem and it was still audible through the closed bathroom...
