Large room, comfortable bed. Updated . Could have been a little cleaner. It was fine but it needed a good scrubbing in the bathroom and the fridge was sticky. And the breakfast didn’t happen , was told no one showed up to do it’. Really liked the quick online reservation and checkin 👍 we still would come back’. I think the issue is just that it’s hard to staff these days. Hopefully that will improve eventually

our rooms were NEVER CLEANED. Even after letting staff know they just laughed. They said Mr Patel the owner probably will not do anything. It smelled like weed. the curtains had some white substance on them. there were no ice buckets. We had to go get our pwn towels. the maintenance man was waitng on his weed man while on the clock. one lady running the desk we were told does not even work there. the owner still has not called or addressed the issues yet they have full payment

This hotel is filthy. It smells like mold and mildew throughout the hotel. A dead bug on the curtain in the room. Holes in the dresser, falling closet doors, hairdryer falling out of the wall. Entire floor smells like pot and cigarettes. Paid for a king bed they didn’t have any so we were given a queen. Rust in the bathroom around the floors. They insisted on an additional $50 in case of damages which is a joke as the whole room was damaged before we walked in.

Chose this property based on pictures, location, included breakfast and price. Check in was smooth. However, arriving to the 2nd floor, it smelt like marijuana and the door to our room would not open. After a long day on the road we were happy that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable! Breakfast - EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Three donuts, dry cereal (no milk) and coffee was available. I asked reception and they were at a loss as to why there wasn't any supplies. No lids for the coffee cup so I couldn't even take it to go. Will be reaching out for a partial refund.

Staff was not too friendly, requested additional towels and it seems that I was a bother for asking. Also when I first arrived at the hotel they told me I did not have a registration, had to repeat my name a few times and she still could not find me. When I handed her my drivers license she realized she spelled my name wrong. No apologies for getting it wrong either.

I drove 8.5 hours booked this hotel online for 3 nights bc it was close to military base. Upon checking in the staff was so unwelcoming not a smile not a greet at all. Get up to my room tv would not come on finally got the TV on being in the room for a while used tge restroom the toilet tank wouldn't fill back up call front desk nothing was done. Should I say towels I was told they were out of face towels. I've never experienced such bad luck at a hotel n my 53 years of staying n hotels. I told him dude are u afraid I'm going to steal the towels I told him I don't use the same face towel to wash my top/ bottom. Also Everytime I left the hotel and BACK to my room the key would not work. Omg this place needs to be SHUT DOWN! ONLY PLUS THIS PLACE GETS FROM ME IT WAS VERY QUIET! I WILL NOT STAY AT ANOTHER ONE OF YOULL PROPERTIES THIS WAS BEYOND A BAD EXPERIENCE

STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, HOTEL WAS CLEAN, THERE WAS A USED WASH CLOTH LEFT IN THE ROOM ON TOP OF THE SHOWER CURTAIN BAR BUT OVERALL CLEAN, HOT WATER WAS NOT VERY HOT BUT THERE WAS GREAT WATER PRESSURE AND THE DRAINS WERE CLOG FREE SO WATER DID NOT SIT IN SINK NOR BATHTUB. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN IF I AM EVER BACK IN THE AREA

People including me pay to get a good night's sleep and not drive at night after a very long day. There has to be a way to not allow guests to be loud all night in the hallways. I hardly slept at all and left at 5:00 AM. So disappointing.

Bathroom door was missing and evidently has been for 6 months according to morning desk clerk. Night desk clerk did not believe until he was shown a picture. coffee supplies in room but no coffee maker. Closet doors off and sitting in the closet. The entire second floor smelled like weed even though it’s a non smoking property. No discount or even an apology was offered. Very disappointed as we checked in after midnight and were super tired.

The staff was polite and attended to us professionally and quickly. Rooms were very dated, carpet looked filthy, roaches in the room window broken, had funny smell. Breakfast was cold and did not look appealing.

You get what you pay for
The price was great but when we got to our room there were no towels and no toilet paper. The furniture was in terrible condition very beat up but the bed was okay. The pillows were toss pillow size. The floor had crumbs from previous customers. At breakfast, we were the first people there and there was no milk and we got the last 2 plates. When I let the desk know they said, we have a truck coming later today. Completely unconcerned. They did have the waffle maker working so that was a plus.

Check in took an hour even though we had a confirmed room. Hall to elevator full of housekeeping items whole time. Elevator dirty and paint spattered. No cofffee cups. Milk. At breakfast. Ran out by 7 a.m. shower handle loose and about to fall off. Someone returned their door handle that fell off while we were waiting with others to clear our check in. When we got our room turned out it was occupied. Had to return an inform desk. This place needs help and new management.

This stay was horrible . The staff member who checked me in , young African American male was definitely high . Second when I got my room , my door handle was savage to the point it looked like it was easy to break in . Sheets were dirty . Roaches . The door inside the room the crown molding around the door was lifting off . The closet base on the bottom was broken . My last stay there it was 6:25 , I had an older man yell rudely when I was giving my son cereal to eat that breakfast didn’t start until 6:30 !!! I threw it away and left after that . This place needs some serious cleaning , new carpet , fix up the rooms that are damage . I had another guest asked me if my room had roaches . My whole entire stay was uncomfortable , miserable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody . Pay the extra to stay somewhere else .

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at
When we entered our room there was a big puddle of water on the windowsill from a leak dripping from a hole in the ceiling so we had to change rooms. In the new room the curtains were torn apart and hanging in strips, the safe was busted open, there was no deadbolt on the door, the shower bar was broken, and the list goes on and on (see photos). I’m not picky with hotels and have stayed at countless motels but this was another level—broken, dirty and unsafe.
