Small, one bedroom art studio cottage, ideal for hunters, bird watchers, boaters. Two driveways, letting trailers and boats park and pull through in front of the cottage. The property has a small shower. Located close to the water of the Albemarle Sound, in a quiet neighborhood and a very rural area of Tyrrell County. About 7 minutes from the center of Columbia, NC. Brand new!
