Well located hotel with very nice staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Only issue was with the shower temperature that would alternate from warm to scalding hot without any rhyme or reason on the first two days (didn't seem to happen on the last day of my stay). Overall good experience though and will stay again!

No mention room would be more than 1/4 mile away. Dragging luggage down dark steets at night not comfortable. Key wouldn't work to get into building. Found a nearby restaurant that called desk for us to re-set key card. Would not use them again

service was dreadful. We booked for an address and they shoved us 1/2 mile down the street. Be careful booking this hotel. I will never stay at Ibis again.

Nice hotel, great location.
Nice hotel. We were not in the main hotel but in the annex a 5 minute walk away. Big room and big bathroom. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff in the main hotel were friendly, helpful and efficient. The carpet outside the room was a disaster. The breakfast for 8 euros was amazing. Plentiful and a good choice of dishes. The dining area was well appointed and very pleasant. I was overall impressed with this Ibis, which is in a different league from the ibis hotels we have stayed in, in London.

This is not the Ibis Hotel-it’s 1/3 mile away
The room was nice enough except there was absolutely no ventilation and the room was hot and stuffy. The snotty staff said there was a silent fan and they would turn it up, from the real hotel 1/3 of a mile away. It is insulting to be told that and know there was no air coming out of the vent. We asked for a fan and they said they didn’t have any. The air/heat and fan had been turned off and we couldn’t leave the window open because we were on the first floor and because of the bugs. We got up in the middle of the night to open the window to cool the room down. Too bad the windows didn’t open from the top for a bit of air. We were the only ones in that building which was quiet, but also eerie. There was no wifi. Again, the staff said there was and there was the Ibis name but it wouldn’t connect. If we had signed up for breakfast, we would have had to walk 1/3 of a mile back to the hotel. We finally saw a person as we were leaving. The maid was in the hall and had propped all the doors open to get some air. Expedia should not take this listing. Ibis Hotels should not be housing guests way off site. We stayed here because of the Ibis name. Never again!

They have what you need upon request
Good location - near wedding venue for us, sufficiently close to train station. Good air conditioning. Lots of pillows. Firm bed. Iron and ironing board upon request, not very hot though. Bandages upon request, showed them my injuries oops. Good snacks and lemon slushee, complimentary in lobby. Issue with shower draining at certain hours. wifi logged you out pretty/very frequently. Also, when we headed out, they got us a taxi very quickly. I rated low on comfort due to a lot of noise - sounded like they the kitchen was right outside our third floor room, constant banging (vacuum? Mop? Head?) on several walls, construction at weird hours.

Close to downtown Parma—a nice walk from the train station along the Parma River. Room was clean, tidy and in good repair. Staff were friendly and helpful, with good restaurant recommendations! Breakfast area was tidy and well-stocked with continental breakfast choices.

We stayed in the annex which is not close to the reception desk in the main building. There was a heat wave in Europe at that time we were there but their air conditioning is very good. My advice is if you have the chance to include breakfast with your reservation do so. We paid €8 ea for breakfast but it was well worth it. Quite a breakfast spread.

To begin with, the receptionist was really unfriendly, she didn’t even say hi to us. The dependance was a bit far from the hotel and it was very hard to find our rooms, since there isn’t proper signs or anyone who is there to help you. The air conditioner stopped working which was unbearable since it was an extremely hot day. The lift broke so we had to take the emergency stairs which was quite annoying considering our room was in the top floor. We didn’t think it was good value for money at all. We would not suggest you stay here, there are many other places with the same price and better service! Apart from that, the room was nice and spacious.
