Took my grandson and his friend as a graduation present. Love the location of this house. Very safe. So much to do in the area, including great restaurants and shopping. Nice lay out of rooms and off street parking. The boys (adult boys) enjoyed the fire pit each nice.
This house was perfect for our family. Tons of room and a beautiful big kitchen. The house is very well stocked and we wanted for nothing. Loved being able to see the mountains and watch it snowing on Pikes Peak. Would definitely rent again.
This lovely old home had everything we needed. There were 10 of us and it didn't feel the least bit cramped even when we had more over for brunch. The two kitchens were very helpful. The yard is lovely. Movie nights downstairs were lots of fun. The best part is the location being so near to everything and still pretty nice and quiet. We had some very minor issues during our stay (I mean of course the house is pretty old), but they didn't really affect us and easy bnb got back to us quickly. We would definitely choose to stay here again. We felt right at home.
Amazing little house- absolutely perfect for the wife, dogs and myself. It is close to many restaurants for eats or stores to buy groceries. Great location for sightseeing as well. Quiet and safe, it was a gem!!!We will definitely return should it be available.
Cute space inside. It was quite, despite being on a busy street. Our teenager loved the seclusion of the loft, just tricky getting a suitcase up and down.
Front yard and curb appeal had us worried (long weeds and bare dirt), but the inside was newly remodeled and very clean. The loft was a fun little place for our kid, just have to be careful at night. House had everything we needed for mornings and evenings when we were there. Only thing to be aware of is the location on a busy street and it's street parking only. This is the biggest thing we didn't really like. Road noise wasn't awful, but it wasn't quiet and peaceful either, but you know you're not getting a secluded place in the mountains so it's expected.
So close to the Old Colorado downtown area! You can walk or it's a short drive - very cute downtown area with restaurants and shopping. Amazing farmers market on Saturday mornings!
The house was very well equipped in kitchen and bath and very clean. The bed in one room was hard as a rock - but that is literally our only complaint - wonderful property!

The location was on a very busy street and we saw several homeless people walking by at all hours of the day/night. The owners have a small home in the back of the property, right behind the house. So we felt like we couldn’t sit on the back porch because they were just a few feet away, very awkward! The master door and bathroom door do not close. The loft bed mattress was hanging off the bed frame. There is no privacy for any bedrooms. The details of the property, like parking in front of the very busy street, were left off from description. This felt misleading.

Perfect area - Not so great communication with EasyBnB LLC - Electrical Issues
We arrived there on a Friday morning. They were great at letting us check in a little early. The process was difficult though since I wouldn't hear back promptly. Friday evening, we were cooking & the stove went out, the dining room electricity (where a window unit was located) went out & one bedroom's electricity went completely out (it had an a/c in there too). I contacted the property owner & they said that had happened a month ago but had worked since. Said that the electrician had been over and it was a breaker that had flipped. We had 3 different people in our group try to fix it because the guy on the phone insisted I get a "guy" to look for me. That didn't sit well with me. Anyway, it wasn't fixed until the afternoon on Saturday. Granted, there is another kitchenette downstairs that we were able to use. I felt very taken advantage of and spoken down to - like I didn't know what I was doing. On Saturday after we left for the day, they sent out an electrician to REPLACE the breaker switch which should have been done in June. The rest of the stay was great until checkout where we asked to check out a little later - 1/2 of our group was leaving around 1:30p and the rest at 5:30p. I asked the day before (I asked the week before but was told to ask the day before) and didn't hear back from them until 9:30a and we had to be out by 10, so we rushed the group to the airport early so we could be out on time. I finally get permission to stay until noon, but that was too late.
