"Had a few minor inconveniences, such as the body wash and conditioners being empty and it taking two days and two requests to get more. Additionally, the activity room and building with the pool was under construction, and the chlorine level in the pool was such that our skin (myself and one of my children) had a multi-day rash and it took multiple showers to get the chlorine completely off my skin.
Otherwise, the grounds were beautiful, the location was great, and the space for our family of four was perfect. I would stay there again, but beware that they will try to get you to listen to a sales pitch about buying a timeshare while you are there."
"So initially this was just supposed to be a trip that I was tagging along on with my two youngest children, because my oldest was going with her Girl Scout troop. I was not looking forward to this trip, to say the least. None of my children are swimmers, and I didn’t think we were going to enjoy ourselves. I’m happy to say that I was wrong. We got there and check-in was smooth without a long wait. We were immediately able to get going to the water park, which was magnificent. There were several shallow areas for them to play in without me having to have a hold on their life vests. The slides were thrilling. If I had to have a complaint, it would be that if you have mobility issues, there are endless stairs and walking. One central elevator bank means you need to be patient, or get your steps in. I got wolf passes for all three kids and it was the perfect amount of activities to fit in the weekend. "
"Parking was fine but the building was near decrepit. The front desk people could have been a little kinder. Elevator was broken and I was on the 5th floor so that wasn't ideal. "
"The property was well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The first room we were placed in had a very awful smell but the staff apologized and allowed for a room change. The bar/restaurant was delicious. "
"My stay here was horrible! Bathroom tile was filthy, room smelled bad, When we got off the elevator there was large pieces of furniture stacked outside the elevator yet there was no signs stating “forgive our mess” our hall was party central yelling and hollering down the hallway through out the night. We called the front desk several times after 10 pm with no changes. Once we couldn’t take it anymore around midnight my niece yelled down the hallway to shut up did the noise die down. It was ridiculous."
