The fenced in large yard was absolutely wonderful to have everyone outside when at the house. I loved the lot - so much space on 3 of the sides without being right on top of another house! The bay view off the side of the house really topped it off! The house was incredibly clean inside. As an unexpected surprise, there’s an auto ice maker in the freezer, saving me from having to make a trip to a store with the kids for filling our cooler. My kids loved the whole experience so much, they keep asking when we can stay again. Both kids got teary eyed when we left. While small, the property was big enough for us and two kids. The cottage itself inside was pretty new all around. The only thing that needs updating would be the shower. Full kitchen with oven and fridge was nice. Beds comfy. Property good for kids and a dog if you have one. The best part was the location. A block from the bay and three from the river.
