✨ You will find everything you need for memorable meals including pots, pans and essential cookware. A knife set, cutting boards, measuring cups and spoons, blender, toaster, hand mixer, kettle, crockpot, storage containers, mixing bowls, basic spices with salt and pepper, kitchen towels, paper towels, and more!

✨Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, flavored syrups, sugar, and more

✨ Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, stylish non-breakable dinnerware for the patio, serving dishes and barbecue utensils are provided

✨ A second dining setup outdoors seats 12 for patio meals by the pool

✨ Five bedrooms offer flexible sleeping space for up to 12 guests

✨ Three king beds are included, with fresh bed linens and room-darkening shades

✨ Clothing storage, hangers, extra pillows, and blankets help each room feel settled and easy

✨ Three full bathrooms serve the home

✨ Main downstairs bathroom features a double vanity, custom tile shower with handheld wand, and pebble stone floor accented with warm brass finishes

✨ Upstairs bath offers a walk-in shower and full length mirror

✨ The ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub and beautiful brass finishes and lighting for a timeless, elegant feel

✨All bathrooms include essential shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and a hair dryer

✨ Enjoy the private backyard with a heated 4 feet deep pool, hot tub, sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill

✨ The fire pit and Adirondack chairs create an easy spot for evenings outside

✨ A covered porch and patio/balcony area give you more room to relax and dine

✨ The yard is fully fenced, and pool safety features include door alarms, a pool alarm, a life ring, a reaching pole, posted rules, and a Pool Watcher program

✨ A sunroom offers oversized windows, cozy seating, and tranquil views for beautiful spot for reading or unwinding

✨ An upstairs coffee bar gives guests a quiet place to start the morning

✨ Baby Equipment: To help ensure all equipment meets current safety standards, we do not keep baby gear at the property. We would be happy to connect you with a local vendor that rents a variety of items that are professionally cleaned and safety-inspected at a reasonable rate including delivery and pickup.



🤍 A Note on Peace & Quiet

The Hemingway is located in a quiet rural road with a few nearby neighbors. Coloma Township enforces a strict noise ordinance from 10 PM–8 AM. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors and enjoy the calm, restorative setting this property offers.



🤍We do not own the orchard behind our fence and kindly ask that guests do not access the neighboring property.

Country Setting: Nestled beside orchards and fields, our property is home to plenty of wildlife. While our pool is professionally cleaned twice a week and checked regularly, the occasional leaf, insect, or small wildlife visitor is simply part of country living. We've even added wildlife escape ramps to our pool to help protect any little visitors.
