Grest location. Wifi poor
Staff very helpful. No kettle in the room but reception would give you a large pot of boiling water, tea and a cup to take to the room. I woukd stsy again if they improved the wifi. Could not book train or airline tickets as connection would spin and time out. Oddly netflix buffering could mostly handle the poor connection

Used as a base for football in Duisburg & Düsseldorf & Koln. 20min walk to main station. Bars, Restaurants & Cafes all around great for socialising. If you're a light sleeper, bring your ear plugs . . . streets busy until 3/4am. Continental breakfast was good, need bigger glasses tho. Staff were great especially reception. Reasonably priced, great location, oozing social life and breakfast thrown in, you'd be a fool bit to try it out!

The place is renovated and clean. For business good, they offer a desk for 2 laptops and good WiFi in the room. Hotelparking seems safe, for 15€ your vehicle won't be left in the very busy streets.

The hotel was very convenient to get the all attractions in Cologne. The tram stop was just at the top of the road. Breakfast was good but not enough food put out for the amount of people staying. The reception staff were very friendly.

There were no curtains for the window, in the closet were a few open water/soda bottles, on top of the closet were old dusty clothes - not sure if the bedsheets will get changed every time a new customers arrives.

The room carpet was stained and all smelly. I ask for a change and the second one was smelly and stained too. Really disgusting

Good location, nice restaurants in the area. Hotel I would not give 3 stars. No phone (!) or coffee/tea making facilities in the room. A double bed was two small singles put together. Bathroom was nice and very clean. Bedroom not so clean, could be improved. Very nice staff at reception and the breakfast was OK.

Not bad for a three-star facility
Wi-Fi password was changed without notifying guests. Chairs in dining room were very stained. No accommodation made for checking in 20 minutes early. Good information re public transportation Good information re locations, and walking distances Loud partying noise till ca. 1 AM on more than one night Good basic breakfast buffet New shower head needed

Good location and great value
Great hotel and location. Not far from some good bars and restraints- handy for getting the tram to Koln FC game Staff were friendly and spoke English. Room was clean , shower was fine and bed comfortable. Great stay and I highly recpmend esp for the price & location

Good room but weird eye print deco.
The bed is quite big and comfy. However, the wall decorations in my room are quite creepy. There are about 9 pieces of eye print hanging on the wall and the the head of the bed is facing those eye prints directly.

Breakfast- amazing and all what you need;the Staff was excellent and friendly.Hotel has 5 Floors-the Elevator only going to the 4th Floor and is stopping between two Stairs-so you must go everytime 9 Stair Steps; we came with heavy Packages for 20 Days and no Help. The Toilette in the Rooms are good for Kids ; not high enough for Adults and no help to hold your Balance and pulling up for disability Guests. No Rooms for Peoples in Wheelchairs; Windows no secure; no locked up and if a Child are climbing to the open Window- it can fall down. The Inlets of the Bed with Feaders - so not hot cleaning possible- I guess; no Aircondition- it was so hot inside- in Summertimes maybe not so good; very noisy on the Streets; the first Night free Bottle of Water; if you need more you must charge Euro :4,---; Garagespace :Euro:12.- per Night!!! We loved the Breakfast - but a lot of little Things are not so good for a perfect Stay. But from this Hotel you can go or drive everywhere; if you like Partys this Area is good- if you like it clean and a little bit more quiet- not so good; I lived 23 Years in this Area - but it's changed a lot from Positiv to negativ. The Price from the Hotel was okay- we booked Flight; Train and Hotel -Breakfast is includ.- for a good Price

Tiny rooms, tiniest bathroom, unprofessional service and so-so breakfast. There is no wifi in any rooms although they claim they have one. Upon requesting the wifi service the front desk person rudely said if you want wifi you can stay and work in lobby. So if you are planning to stay here for any business trip then totally avoid it. The hotel is in central location of the city but has lots of bar and restaurants surround the area. This area gets really noisy with lots of drunk people on weekends. So totally not recommended for weekend stay or for family. I booked the standard double room for myself only but there is not enough space for one person.

Not handicapped accessible.
The biggest issue with the hotel was the poor Internet service. The connection was spotty and slow. Completely unacceptable if you are in the city for business as I was. The front desk staff is quaint, but the wait time to check in, check out, ask a question was very slow and inefficient. Breakfast was the bare minimum. No hot food.

Great little hotel!
We traveled to Cologne to catch a concert at The Luxor and were just staying for one night. Great little room (small for Americans, about average for Europe) with very basic ameneties. If you're looking for a nice, inexpensive, clean, and convenient place to stay, the Conti's the ticket. Don't expect a lot and you won't be disappointed, if you want to spend a lot of time in the room, you may want to look elsewhere. And a hot and varied breakfast is included, too! Enjoy!

Otel çevresi oldukça hareketli olduğu için, tek gecelik konaklamamızda burayı tercih ettik. Dışarıda vakit geçirdikten sonra iyi bir uyku için yürüyerek otele dönmek çok rahat oldu. Odalar oldukça sıcaktı, ancak gece kalorifer belli bir saatte kapanıp sabah erkenden tekrar açıldı. Biz üşümedik ama bilgi olarak eklemek istedim. Ek olarak bizim odamızdaki elektronik kasa bir şekilde çalışmıyordu ama bu da çok sorun değil. Genel olarak memnun kaldık, Belgisches Viertel civarına gidersek tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir yer, teşekkürler.
