"Mirk Cottage lived up to its description 100% and more. It was beautifully converted, spotlessly clean, stylishly and comfortably decorated. Everything was in immaculate condition and fully eqipped for long or short stays. There was clear information on how to use utilities and helpful suggestions for restaurants, pubs etc in the surrounding area. "Amazing beautiful location but unfortunately the house did not live up to expectations, especially considering the price. The house was damp and smelt strongly of damp. Some of the walls were very damp with bubbling of the paint and mould. There was mould around the bathroom plug and around the edge of the shower. The sofas had lost their springs and incredibly uncomfortable which wasn't helped with being made from hessian. The bed was very bouncy so when my husband rolled over I bounced...
