This spacious house welcomes you with a large entrance hall leading to a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a dining area, and direct access to the terrace and garden. The ground floor comprises two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200 cm) and another with two single beds (90x190 cm). You will also find a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms await you: a double bedroom (160x200 cm) and two bedrooms with a single bed (90x190 cm). A shower room with a toilet completes this level, along with a relaxation area or games room furnished with a sofa and armchairs. The basement houses a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. For parking, one space is available in the courtyard, and free parking is readily available in the surrounding streets. Das Haus bietet genug Platz und Zimmer für alle und ist modern und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet.Colmar und Umgebung boten viele attraktive Ziele für gemeinsame Ausflüge. Mehr Burgen und Ruinen haben wir in so kurzer Zeit noch nie besichtigt:-) In Colmar haben wir die Fete de musique erleben dürfen. ##### M I. May 1, 2025 #### Tolle familienfreundliche Unterkunft Wir durften die Unterkunft 3 Tage nutzen und waren mit 7 Personen (davon 3 Kinder) unterwegs. Das Haus hat eine tolle, ruhige Lage und man kommt gut zu Fuss in die Altstadt. Das Haus hat einen kleinen Sitzplatz und einen Rasenplatz, damit die Kinder auch Draussen rumtoben konnten. Die Räume sind alle sehr hell und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und alles war gut Beschrieben. Den Kindern hat das extra Spielzimmer sehr gefallen und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auc die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm.
