Practical and cosy, this apartment is ideal for spending a good stay in Colmar alone, as a couple or with a baby, on weekends, holidays or for work. The apartment consists of: a large bright living room with a first terrace with an unobstructed view of Place Stanislas, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, hob, hood, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle., a bedroom with a double bed as well as plenty of storage and a second terrace overlooking the back of the building, quiet a bathroom with shower, wc and washing machine. The accommodation has a private closed garage and underground at 300m. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator. All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay: cleaning will be done, beds will be made with clean sheets, clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, free WIFI connection come with young children? A baby cot is available in the accommodation (Remember to take bed linen for the cot or book the "baby bed linen" option after booking). Your stay in a few figures: 300 m walk from the Unterlinden museum, 10 minutes walk from Little Venice, 400m from the Champ-de-Mars Park, 10 minutes walk from Colmar train station Colmar, city of art, history and heritage: Despite the vagaries of a turbulent history, the city has managed to preserve an exceptional homogeneity of its historic center which, classified as a "saved sector", has benefited from a restoration and permanent enhancement. The vast pedestrian area of the old town allows visitors to admire the innumerable riches of a heritage as rich as it is varied, ranging from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. Whether it is the Maison des Têtes (built at the beginning of the 17th century) which owes its name to the 111 heads that adorn its facade, or the Maison Pfister, a beautiful bourgeois residence from the Renaissance period but of medieval design, each of its monuments is unique in his genre. The religious art of Colmar is also very rich: the Dominican Church which houses the famous "Virgin of the Rose Bush" by the Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Saint Martin Collegiate Church are wonderful examples of pure and sober gothic art, of great sobriety. Strolling through the streets, the visitor, amazed, discovers the many beautiful shops, the shimmering colored roofs... Strolling along the quai de la Poissonnerie, once the nerve center of fishing and the sale of fish, we falls in love with this picturesque district, now called "Little Venice". House rules: This apartment and all the outbuildings are non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is strictly prohibited. Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee. Animals are allowed with a supplement of 30€ per animal, per stay, with prior request. Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities. However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge freezer, the dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as clean up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you. A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation. Before, during and after your stay, our secretariat can be reached by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
