The cottage is located on the ground floor of a condominium and consists of:



a bedroom with a double bed

a living dining room area with a sofa bed, a television and a four-person dining table

a kitchen equipped with hotplates, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, crockery and kitchen equipment

a bathroom with a shower

a separate toilet



The gîte will be entirely yours. In order to satisfy you as best as possible during your stay:

The beds will be made with clean sheets, the necessary items for the sofa bed will be provided,

Clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel

House rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.



Animals are accepted on request with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal.



Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.



You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
