Great experience overall, with the consistently high standard I’ve come to expect from TownePlace Suites. The only downside is that the hotel is located right next to a railway crossing. If you’re a light sleeper, you may be woken up by train horns during the night.
Other than that, I had a very pleasant experience and would be happy to stay here again.

It was a joy to go to the breakfast area and to chat with Michelle. She really made you feel at home and special.
The rest of the staff was wonderful as well. We will return to the Memphis area to visit with our daughter and this establishment will be the first on our list. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated.

What a phenomenal weekend, thanks to the incredible staff and ammenities during our stay. It was my husbands birthday and they treated us like Gold! The front desk staff were so kind and helpful and housekeeping does a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. Hands down one of our best stays at Holiday Inn! Well done everyone!

I love the design of the hotel and the rooms.
I particular love the hand towel in the room black with makeup written on it, I think it was great, we all know when women wash their face at the end of the day on a white hand towel all the make up removed shows and it nisot white anymore.
The only problem I have it says at the reception when we left that she could not give me a print receipt for the night since it was book through
expedia
