Gig ’em and welcome to The Staytion! This renovated 1940s home on 1 acre is just 6 miles from Kyle Field, Blue Bell Park, Northgate, and the George Bush Library. Sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, high-speed Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, a commercial-style kitchen, sunroom, and large back deck. High chair and Pack ’n Play included. Located across from the historic train tracks that gave College Station its name—kids will love watching the trains pass by! Inside, the home offers a warm and inviting layout. The three bedrooms each have a comfortable king, queen and a trundle bed that folds out into a queen size bed. All of the rooms are thoughtfully furnished with fresh linens. In addition to the bedrooms, there are two sleeper sofas, providing extra sleeping space. Guests will also enjoy a cozy sunroom filled with natural light and a love seat, perfect for relaxing or reading. The commercial-style kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee maker, blender, and even a handy ice machine. For entertainment, you'll find a collection of board games for family fun, and with 3 TVs all equipped with a smart TV— everyone can find something to enjoy. Whether you're gathering in the spacious living areas or enjoying quiet moments, the house is designed for comfort and convenience.
