"Great location, close enough to downtown without the price tag- still get a great view even if you go with river view! Very helpful and friendly staff in both the hotel and the casino. Will definitely be staying here again when I travel to STL!"

"Staff was great. Shuttle was a life saver and worth the money. The shampoo and body wash in the shower would not dispense. King bed very comfortable. Glad there was a safe to use in the room. AV in room worked well. 7th floor at elevators the wall paper was healing away from wall by the buttons. Need more seating at bar before you get to the casino. The dog restaurant inside the casino could have been better but at 1 am your just glad somethings open. Room was clean."

"Although this is an older property, it was clean and well maintained. My only complaint was about the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were definitely not good quality and there was a very small selection. But the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made up for the deficiency. The gals at the front desk were very nice and I appreciate that."

"Hotel has easy access to I-44 and is reasonably close to many St. Louis attractions. Lots of food choices in the area. Property well maintained and pretty quiet during our stay. Nice safe area. The only problem we had was that apparently their policy is not to make up the rooms until after 3 days of your stay. This was never communicated until we asked about getting more coffee and fresh towels. Most other places we’ve stayed let you know that, so it was a little of a surprise. But our overall stay was very good and would definitely come back."

"I honestly didn’t like anything about it compared to other hotels at the same stars. The room that we paid for supposed two queen size I but they are more like full or double sizes. (4.6-4.9 ft wide to be exact). The sheets had spots on them, same the furniture. I had to call the supervisor to clean some blood spots or something red/brown from the nightstand. the phone had like green toothpaste on it. I have pictures of all of these. I asked to change the room , they refused and sent someone to do a little wiping. like seriously it was the worst experience we had… there were spots on the carpet; just awful! Waste of money and luckily, we stayed only one night… awful view as well. We Supposed to have a courtyard view but we faced a full wall in front of us. Parking valet was $50 or $40 to park yourself. When we stayed at the Four seasons, a night before, the parking was included. The room was nice and clean. Everything was great and for $60 more as you don’t have to pay the parking,it was more it was worth it. Won’t stay at this Live by Lowe again."
