"While we had a tad issue with checking in, I was able to reach someone within 2 minutes and it was resolved. Melissa helped us quickly and was so sweet! The studio is super cute (newly being renovated), very clean and amazing location! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for a weekend visiting SHSU!! We would stay here again!"

"Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. The room smelled strongly of some kind of fume smell there were bugs on the floor and they also say you have to supply...
