The perfect layout for us, traveling with three teenagers. They had their own space downstairs, and we had ours upstairs with a beautiful view. The beds were all super comfortable and the place was well stocked with everything we needed. Our host, Kylie was very responsive and even let us check in a little early to get ready and make it to the rehearsal dinner on time. We had a great time with our 3 teenagers. There’s a few things about the house that are helpful to know: 1\. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with great appliances and everything you need to serve meals. 2\. The master bedroom suite has a barn door, which means it doesn’t lock. The bathroom also has a barn door, which means it doesn’t lock and you don’t have full privacy. There’s also a vent in the master bedroom that goes right to the basement area. Every sound travels. So if you’re looking for privacy in the master bedroom, it’s hard to get. 3\. The lake is across a street and then you have to walk down 3 flights of stairs to the water. There is a tiny sliver of sand that serves as your “beach”. We had a ton of fun sitting on the chairs, kayaking and my son learned to SUP, but if you’re looking to lay out or have a sandy area, it’s not here. Kylie was very responsive and wanted to know how to make it a great experience. Many great places in Burlington and Winooski only 15-20 minutes away. We loved the lay out and the location of the property on the lake.
