- An authentic residence of 220 m2, secret, drowned in the vineyards. Close to all amenities, it is located less than 3 km from the medieval village of Grimaud and Cogolin, 12 km from St-Tropez, the beach and Port-Grimaud 4 km away. In a natural garden where many endemic Mediterranean species are found, you can let yourself be intoxicated successively by the scent of mimosas, wisteria and jasmine. The cool alley of the oak park will lead you for a relaxing stay.

220 m2 with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms/shower with toilet, 8 beds of 160X200 and for the master with solarium terrace a bed of 180X200, guest toilet. Fully air-conditioned villa.
