Sa situation est favorable en face d'une espace verte, dont une partie est aménagée comme parking pour l'école primaire et le collège de la commune. Le quartier résidentiel est très calme. Une boulangerie-pâtisserie et un restaurant sont situés à 50 mètres. Un Carrefour Express à 300 mètres. Nous avons apprécié l'aménagement de ce gîte de plein pied qui compte un séjour de 20 m² avec coin bureau et écran télé, une cuisine...

"We were looking for peace and quiet and Les Chagnasses was the perfect place for this - we loved everything about it. The accommodation was beautiful and had everything we needed to cater for ourselves and sleep really well. Mike and Claire have thought of everything and made this a really special place. Lady next door selling local cognac was very friendly. At night the sky was so dark, excellent for stargazing. The river charente is lovely for swimming in. Super!"
