Step onto the deck for sunrise coffee, sunset cocktails, and all-day lake watching—these panoramic views steal the show.  
  
With tons of parking, multiple hangout spaces, and downtown CDA just minutes away, this home blends fun, relaxation, and convenience into one irresistible lakeside getaway.

\- Please do not unplug the door panel. Doing so will limit your access to the home, and a team member will need to be dispatched to restore the connection. This will result in a service fee.  
\- The router should only be unplugged for a quick reset—anything beyond that can interrupt systems and will also require in-person support and a service fee.  
\- Please do not rearrange the furniture. We aim to keep the home consistent with its listing photos for every guest. If something isn't working for your group, feel free to reach out—we're happy to help. Moving furniture back will also incur an additional fee.

#### Beautiful stay! 

This house was so lovely! We were there for the 4th of July so we had a beautiful view of the whole town! It was a bit of a heat wave during our stay too and even though the downstairs stays much cooler than upstairs it was very comfortable. The kids loved the games downstairs and the drive disconnects you but not too far to make a quick drive to the beach or town. Lots of beautiful sunsets!
