With downtown CDA being less than 10 minutes away, a local golf course, river access within 5 minutes, and a park within walking distance, you cannot find a better place to stay!

The house is exactly what we expected from the photos. It is close to all the activities we wanted to explore in Coeur D’Alene and Hayden. Host was quick to reply and very helpful. We would stay again for sure.

Great for family Christmas

Property accomidated our 2 families totalling 14ppl very well. We rested well and the kids had a blast in the game room downstairs.

An absolutely lovely home

This is a lovely home in a great location. It is convenient to stores and parks. The home is well-maintained, well laid out and furnished with all the little stuff you need when traveling. They did a great job decorating and Christina is very easy to work with.

Great House!

Our family of 13 stayed in this great house for a week. It’s very spacious, well equipped, and accommodated is well! The kids and adults loved the game room.

Gathering place

Our grandkids loved the game room and it was only a short walk to a park. We gathered together for meals and to relax between explorations into CDA area. Check out the Kroc center, Christmas cruises and puppy Company of Idaho.

Remarkable!

This house is fantastic! It was immaculate and delightful, has a great backyard, and is in a peaceful neighborhood. Scott was understanding and accommodating when our flights into town changed our weekend schedules. We will definitely book this property again!

nice and quiet

Nice home. The ice machine was clogged when we got there. Will not be doing home rentals anymore though due to all the added fees almost doubling the price and all the clean up we are, as guests, expected to do. We are going back to hotels so when I go on vacation I am on vacation.

Bible group

The house was spacious and big enough for a large group of teens. The backyard was big for outside activities. The only downside was the kitchen. It could more equipped with kitchen tools, tea, kettle,foil, or wrap, etc. otherwise the house is in a great location close to big stores 10 minutes to Coeur d’Alene park in about a 25 minute drive to Silverwood theme park.

Great Family Home!

We loved this house - they have done an amazing job with the remodel and everything was beautiful! Perfect for our family - 9 of us (Mom, Dad and adult children with kids). Lots of room so everyone had their own space, close to shopping, parks and restaurants. Nice neighborhood, we felt very safe! House has all the amenities, comfy beds, great space, nice deck with dining table/bbq. We had a great week - thank you!

Amazing house

The layout of the house is perfect for a family vacation. Kid zone downstairs. Adults upstairs. Remodel looks great and house decor is beautiful. Ability to use the garage was awesome. We were able to dry out all the kids life jackets in there and keep all our lake toys in there. Highly recommend and would totally stay here again.

Great place to stay

Very much enjoyed our time! Only “complaint” is that it was hard to know how rooms were set up before arriving because the pictures really all looked alike. That said, we were very very happy when we arrived and will very much considering staying again if we return to CDA!

Perfect for hockey camp

Great house for our three families in for hockey camp from out of town. Clean. Good bed arrangements. Appreciated the extra living space for the kids. Don’t be surprised by the 0400 sprinklers. Stay way far away from the mailboxes. House could use metal bbq tools.

Beautiful home

My family and friends enjoyed our stay here. The home is well kept and clean, with all the necessary things for your travel; you only need to worry about bringing your groceries and that's it! The owners reply almost immediately when we had questions. The only thing I missed was a firepit, but everything else was really great. The beds were comfortable and the had many rooms and washrooms available for all of us staying in the home. The home is located in a central area, which makes it closer to Downtown and the beautiful beach. I would definitely come back!

Clean, comfortable home

Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the Nintendo switch and propane fireplaces. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family. The only thing to be aware of is that the table seats four. We had the youngest eat there and the older crowd cautiously ate in the living area. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would stay here again.
