The property was not clean upon arrival — there was hair everywhere, including in the bathroom and on the floors. The bed sheets were visibly dirty and stained, which made us question whether they had been changed at all. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this fell far below standard. We spent the first few hours cleaning and washing sheets. The owner was notified and offered a refund on the cleaning fees, which was appreciated. There was also no basic amenities; for example, there was 1 roll of toilet paper between three bathrooms. Also of note, the neighbor's dog barks all day long every day. While this is out of the host's control, it is important information to be aware of especially if you want to be outside enjoying the yard at all. This was a nice stop over, close to 95 and lots of restaurants. Very clean, comfortable beds. Husband really liked the shower which are often just okay in rentals. It was good size, large shower head , great flow. Lots of games inside and out. Loved the keyless entry. Neighbor dogs were noisy after 700 pm, maybe left outside because it was a warm night. The next rainy night was better. Very friendly neighbor across street with a big Howdy sign. Interesting cat cage/palace next to their house. We were greeted with music playing from the tv when we arrived which quickly removed the stress of a long car ride. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had fun playing in the game room and enjoyed a nice family dinner around the table. Beds were comfortable and everyone got their own room. I wish we were able to stay longer and enjoy more time in the house. Communication with the owner was responsive and helpful. ##### David Andrew L.
