Gîte M welcomes you to Codognan in a 40 m² holiday home for 1 guest. You have a bedroom with a sitting area and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine. Enjoy Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, TV, washing machine, and a baby bed. The interior is all on one level for optimal accessibility. Smoking is allowed on the property.



Relax in your private garden with terrace and plancha, located at the back of a 6,000 m² property. The shared outdoor area features 2 infinity pools, open from 6 am to 10 pm. One pool measures 11 m x 5 m (1.5 m deep), the other 9 m x 4.5 m (1.25 m deep). There is an outdoor shower. You’ll also find table tennis, foosball, a pétanque court, and toys and books for children.



One pet is welcome. Parties are not allowed. A communal bike storage room is available. Please respect quiet hours and other guests staying in the 2 other gîtes on the property. Music is not permitted in outdoor areas. The playground is open from 6 am to 10 pm.



The property is most easily accessed by car due to unpaved roads. The hosts live on site but not in the rented accommodation. Nearby, you can explore local markets and go horseback riding.
