The bed was ok but overall the noise of ac was very loud, compared to the other rooms we were staying before. "I recently stayed at the Gale Hotel for 6 days, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Throughout my entire stay, housekeeping never serviced my room, even after I specifically requested it. When I asked about getting clean bed linens, I was told that I would need to change the sheets myself, which is not what I expect when staying at a hotel. I was also disappointed to find there was no microwave in my room. When I asked if there was a communal microwave available for guests to use, I was told that because I was staying in a balcony suite, a microwave was not provided. This was frustrating, especially during a longer stay. While the property itself has potential, the lack of basic guest services and the response I received when seeking assistance made my stay far less enjoyable than expected. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests."
