The property gives off a bit of the old Bohemian Florida vibe (especially compared to the gargantuan condos across the street) and this unit is definitely the best of the lot. The large balcony has a view of the pool and the river. We were there in late June and it was breezy enough to sit out there anytime of day--although mornings and evenings were our favorite!I don't know if the pool is heated, but it was the perfect temperature in June--loved swimming every day. There is plenty of shade available as well. Check-in was extremely easy! The bed could have been a bit more comfortable (or the sheets) but we did fine. My only concern--and I shared it with the host--is the lack of non-slip features or handrails in the tub. It was a bit slippery, and I can see someone taking a fall. The location is very close to historic Cocoa, with plenty of restaurants and lovely place to walk around. You can also take long walks a long the river. And the beaches are a short drive across the causeway. Would definitely stay here again! ##### Laura S. The balcony is great and the location is perfect. We were in town for a concert at Cocoa Riverfront Park, which is only about a 7 minute walk through Cocoa Village. All of the neighbors we met were very nice and it was quiet the whole time. The apartment had everything we needed which allowed us to pack light! Can’t wait to go again! ##### Robert P. Also got a call from rude maintenance man wanting to get in our unit while we were at our wedding claiming the bathtub was leaking into the downstairs unit.
