Good vibes weekend!!
Everything about our stay was perfect from start to finish. Being able to walk to the Stick Figure concert was perfect for us! Your home was clean and comfortable and I would defiantly stay again!!!!

Charming Treehouse Apartment
Charming, quaint area in historical in Cocoa. Right near waterway and in walking distance of great restaurants and breweries .Very dog friendly area ….. Close to KSC and lagoons for the bio tours etc. Cocoa Beach is a short distance drive as well. Wish we could have stayed longer ❤️

Perfection for Weekend Getaway
My husband and I came up to Cocoa Beach area for a surf club meetup. We wanted a quiet comfortable place to stay for the weekend. This was perfect. We will be coming again in the future for our monthly club meetups and looking forward to staying here again.

Quiet old Florida Style Neighborhood
Quiet, clean and spacious! Nothing fancy, great for a young family! Short drive to beaches and restaurants and Cocoa Village where there are quaint shops, a playhouse and plenty of small restaurants! I love the Old Florida feel of the place and would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful little condo
Clean, cozy and very relaxing porch. Surrounded by green trees, 1 minute walk to constitution park which overlooks the river. You can stroll on down to cocoa village and hit a few restaurants and bars. We will obviously be booking this exact property the next time we go home to cocoa.

Treetop Hideway
We had a wonderful time at the Treetop Hideway. The unit was beautiful and open. It is close enough to walk to town. We loved everything. The owner Kelsy stopped by to say hello and was very nice to talk to.Thank you again Kelsy!!

Marathon Weekend
We were in town for the Space Coast Marathon and Half Marathon. Location was great as we could walk to the start/finish in Cocoa. There are also several great dining options within walking distance. The apartment was just as advertised and very comfortable. Kelsy is a great owner and communication is quick and easy. Highly recommended.

Perfect weekend getaway!
We live in St. Pete and decided pretty last minute to drive out to see a Space X launch but didn't want to drive all the way across the state and back the same today. The description for Charming, Treetop Indian River Hideaway sounded perfect and I was thrilled to see the date we wanted to still available and the price was great! This was our first time in Cocoa and we were pleasantly surprised what a cute little down it is. We walked down to the Village to look for a place for dinner. Since it was later on a Sunday night none of the stores were open but enjoyed a nice walk to and from the Hideaway. Kelsy gave us a few suggestions for dinner and we had an awesome time at the Snug Pub. The food was delicious and we enjoyed talking to the owner. The Hideaway property itself is adorable. Love that many of the original features have been restored and is very comfortably decorated. We had the windows open to enjoy the cooler weather. I forgot to ask about this ahead of time, but Kelsy was very accommodating when i asked if we could use an extension cord to charge our Telsa overnight. So that was a huge bonus! We love the property and will definitely stay again for other launches and will plan a longer stay so we can turn it into more of a vacation.
