"The Perfect Hotel to vacation with Bar Restaurant with the same facility and minutes away from the port"

"The lobby furniture is dirty, all pieces need a good cleaning. Also there re stains on the carpet. This hotel is across from a cruise port and the desk insisted there were no rooms available until 4:00. When I asked about restaurants in the area the desk clerk wasn’t very helpful. I stayed at the Hyatt Place the week before and they were very good about early check in. The desk staff gave us a print out of restaurants and stores. The hotel was very clean."

"Parking was okay. Kitchen was shared and we did no cooking. Bathroom not so nice. Pipe in sink leaked so message was posted to use just a little water. Toilet did not flush well. Owner had to flush it for me twice. A/C unit too small for converted garage where bed was. Really hard to sleep on futon with a foam overlay due to valleys and uneven sides. It was very hot also. Owner was cordial; however. Nothing to do in area. "

"Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. I only stayed 1 night, so I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool, but it looked inviting. Only minor kink in my stay was that the ice machine was on the 1st floor, and I was on the 2nd floor. A quick trip down the elevator took care of the problem though. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Worst Hotel I’ve ever booked we ended up leaving 10 mins after checking in room was Nasty and Smelled. Was Flies everywhere in room with Nats. Was no way I’d showered or brush my teeth in the room .I probably never book through Expedia again I didn’t ask for refund I would be ashame to let people pay money to stay there felt like something you see off movies was almost like is this real surprised state or county hasn’t shut it down was that bad"
