The Oasis House, heated pool/jacuzzi walk to beach

The Oasis House is just a 300ft walk to the beach! Family friendly house with tropical saltwater pool and jacuzzi is perfect for the family vacation or a romantic getaway. Large private outdoor space with tropical tiki covered dining area, plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and seating, & beach accessories ready to grab and go. Inside is all new furniture, smart TV's, and a kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare any size meal. Easy stroll to the beach for the beautiful sunrise.
The space
This cozy mid -century modern style house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, easily accommodating up to 6 people. All furnishings, beds and bedding are brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped, including coffee and tea to start the day. The outdoor space is large and private for your enjoyment of the saltwater pool, jacuzzi, gas grill, and heated outdoor shower. The house is family friendly including a pack-n-play, high chair, and kid-friendly dining dining ware. We also have ping pong and darts for entertainment!

We do recommend you obtain travel insurance in case of a necessary cancellation.

Pool Rules: Please do not leave children unattended in the pool area. No glass in the pool area, please use plastic ware provided in the kitchen.
Oct -Mar pool is heated to 84f; April- Sept we only heat the pool if outside temp is below 74 for 3 day. Please clean grill, $40 charge if left dirty.
The pool heating only occurs during 8am to 9pm. It may take a short while for the pool to reach desired temperature in the morning.

The host was very responsive, the house was pleasant with a nice layout, the pool and hot tub were very well maintained (shout out to JJs Pool and Spa Sevice), and the proximity to the beach could not be beat. It is a great location for watching launches- 3 minute walk to the beach for a perfect view.

Very cute property! Very close to the beach! Had a great time here for a week. Backyard is relaxing and inviting. Pool and hot tub were very clean. Had some house cleaning issues upon arrival, but host responded quickly and was easy to work with. Would stay again.

Our two-week stay at the Oasis House was wonderful. The house was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were quite comfortable. The proximity to the beach and the great outdoor space (pool & hot tub) allowed us to enjoy the Florida sunshine every day. The hosts were extremely responsive and immediately took care of the two issues we noticed upon checking in, which was a pleasant surprise, since it was a holiday week. The Oasis House the perfect spot for us to enjoy our vacation. We look forward to staying there again.

Private Oasis by the Ocean

Incredible home with a backyard oasis. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and beautiful clean home near the ocean. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Spent two months in paradise. Highly recommend this great home with a wonderful responsive owner!!!

Great Backyard

We had a great time in the backyard. Could have been better lightning in the back especially when driving up for the first time at night. We had an issue with the Hotub but the owner Thomas came and fixed it within a half hour. Great stay.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay here. The property owner was incredibly communicative with us when we had a few hiccups. The property had some maintenance and the crew didn’t clean up in between so it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected in the kitchen & dining areas. Otherwise it was fabulous. The location was super private and the pool/hot tub were fantastic!

Wonderful family house

Great for our family vacation: us, my parents and our two boys (5,7). We all loved the pool and hot tub - the boys were barely out of it all week. Location was great, easy quick walk over to the quiet stretch of beach. Short drive to restaurants and shops, or a nice walk if you're not with small children. Hosts we're great, very responsive and awesome recommendation for deep sea fishing. The men caught us a few nights of dinner and had a great time House had everything you might need!

Simply amazing!

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 boys ages 21, 14, 6 and 3 and there was something for everyone! Older guys loved the ping pong and darts younger boys couldn’t get enough of the beautiful pool and pool toys. Property is loaded with just about everything making our stay super convenient. Hosts were super accommodating to our request for an early check in after arriving early from a cruise and super responsive. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!!!!!

Amazing pool!

We loved the pool and outdoor area!! Great place to hang out! The beach was a short walk and all around the house was a short drive from Publix, ice vream, mini-golf, ect. The host was easy to get ahold of and responded promptly. :)

The house was perfect and at a great location. Tomas was a wonderful host. They have thought of everything from the linens to the beach gear, game tables and furnishings and more. It truly is an Oasis.

It was truly in oasis!

Our stay was truly enjoyable! This home is well appointed, very clean and the owner was exceptional, very attentive to our questions and any needs. If you are traveling to Cocoa Beach, this is definitely the place to stay! It is so close to the beach and the pool is absolutely fantastic! The beds were extremely comfortable! Great location!

We had a great week at this property. The kids loved the pool and ping-pong table! All appliances worked great, TV was easy to operate (only 2 remotes, ha!), and the location was perfect. It was a busy time with spring breakers in Cocoa Beach during our stay, however we hardly noticed with this location! We had no issues parking close to the downtown area if we wanted to explore with the crowds. We even saw two rockets launch from the beach by the house! Only complaint, which I completely understand is subjective, the beds & pillows could use an upgrade. We took turns sleeping on the couch as it was more comfortable. However, again, this is just our preference. Everything else was top notch!

AMAZING

Just the perfect place to stay in Cocoa Beach. Literally a 2-3 minute walk and you’re relaxing on the beach but also has the added bonus of the pool and hot tub on the property that we also used each day. House was great and host was attentive and quickly responded to any questions.

True Oasis

What a wonderful stay! This was a great place for our family of 5. Plenty of space, very clean, fully stocked, comfortable beds. We loved the pool, spent most of our time outside. Short walk to the beach, easy with toddlers. We appreciated all the beach gear available! Thank you again!
