Great space and location

Great stay at the "blue house" as my son called it. Beautiful views. Clean and everything we needed was there. Not too far from things to do either. Would go back again.

Relaxing vacation spot

Relaxing River Oasis live up to its name. This property was nicely decorated, clean and had everything you might need in a vacation home. The owners were friendly and quick to respond to any requests. I would highly recommend this property!

A Little Slice of Paradise on the Space Coast

The property is in a quiet residential area but very conveniently located to the beach, stores, and Kennedy Space Center. It is clean, well decorated, and homey. The furniture is comfortable and sturdy. The house is well stocked with anything you could need. My kids loved going out in the kayak. We saw manatees, dolphins, and a sting ray from the dock out back. We were even able to see and hear a Space X Launch one night! We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and highly recommend.

Will be back!

The property is as described. We loved the location. Quiet neighborhood, but close to many things.If you are okay with a 1 - 2 mile round trip you can walk to a different restaurant for every meal.The house, porch and dock are great.We especially appreciated the variety of coffee already there.We intend to come back next year.

Great Cocoa Beach location

Overall a very nice home and convenient location. Great patio from which we watched the shuttle launch. So fun to have a covered fishing area right in back. Very short drive or 13 min walk to beach. Attention to detail was impressive. Well stocked. Few suggestions to add to the overall experience: add a garbage disposal, correct the flush of the front toilet, and perhaps improve the quality of the bathroom tissue. We also needed to wash one of the quilts in the children’s room.

Palm tree paradise by the sea

Our Family stayed here after a full week at Disneyworld for Christmas. I couldn't have asked for a better way to end our vacation!! Great House, Perfect Location

We have stayed in many homes in the area and this was one of the best. The location is perfect on a wide canal in a quiet neighborhood but very close to restaurants, shopping and major routes. The house was lovely, immaculate, well maintained and very comfortable. We would certainly stay at the Relaxing River Oasis again.

SUNSET RIVER GETAWAY

It was a pleasure to stay at this beautiful river getaway! We loved the place. We spent the better part of the day on the dock and the enclosed porch! Very relaxing! Host were amazing and worked hard to give us a great getaway! We wished we could have stayed longer!

River Oasis Get-a-way

The purpose of my stay was to have a nice comfortable, roomy place for my family that live in the area to come and hang out and visit. We all loved this home, the neighborhood, having the dock to sit on and look out at the river while telling family stories was perfect! I have yet to stay in a VRBO home that was as clean as this one. Big Thumbs Up on the entire stay!

Wonderful getaway

We loved this property. The views are amazing. The house is clean and comfy! We also got to see one of the rockets launch and could see it from the dock in the back yard. Close to Kennedy Space Center and the beach plus you could see the big cruise liners come in just a mile or town down the road. Great time!

Fun relaxing weekend

We had such a great time! The place was beautifully decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you can possible think of. Very close to the beach and the water view from the backyard dock was amazing! Having the kayaks and the paddle board was so much fun! We enjoyed going out at night and seeing bioluminescence waters! What a beautiful sight! And to top it off we got to watch a SpaceX launch! Great memories!!

Family Trip

We absolutely loved this property. It’s in a great location. We walked to the beach everyday, walked to Ron Jon, and almost everywhere else that we needed to go. We were greeted by a pod of manatees in the morning and watched the dolphins playing around. The house came with fishing stuff which was amazing because we caught a puffer fish and a sting ray and multiple other fish as well. We loved this home so much that we added an extra night because we were not ready to go home yet. My family is already planning our trip back in December and again in April.

Feels Brand New and very Classy

Peaceful day of fishing off the dock. Caught some trout. Very relaxing and convenient to many stores, restaurants and shops. I will be making this a favorite VRBO location. The owner/Property Manager was very helpful and easy to reach when I thought I needed to. The pictures are great but when you walk in this place it will blow you away. Very well put together and it just feels like home without any of the stresses. Love it!

Great spot!

House was well equipped, super clean and nicely updated. Spent loads of time fishing off the dock. Made good use of the kayak and was able to get very close contact with multiple playful dolphin friends and some shy manatee. We were even able to see a rocket launch. Beach a short drive away. Should have and would have stayed longer if we could have. Property manager super attentive and even let us know that the property was ready a few hours early. Responses were quick. This place is a win.

Family Vacation

We stayed at this great house with two teenagers. The morning coffee in the pier in the back was great! The evenings ended there to with our favorite beverage of choice. The kids took the paddle board out into the water, and fished in the days we did not travel. It was a short distance to the beach. Also we went to Disney and Universal then drove back. No complaints at all. We will definitely be back. Clean lots of room and could relax. The only thing I recommend is bug spray for the summer season. I highly recommend staying at this house. Our family was very happy.

Fun in the Sun!!

When we saw the house we were all really impressed of how nice it was and beautiful. We enjoyed our time immensely!!Everything was really nice. Very nice quality furniture, towels, and dishes. Everything was taken very good care of. If there's any recommendation we could give, it would be that you could have at least eight or more of dishes, beach towels, a couple more pots and pans. We had a family of seven, so they could at least stock things a little extra, so that we didn't have to wash the dishes so often. We would recommend this place to anyone that would be wanting to rent this place! Our experience and fun at this place was definitely a 10!! Thank You Liz!!🥰🙂👍

River Oasis was indeed an Oasis!

We've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties but this is the first one that exceeded expectations! From the moment we drove up to the property for an early check in (owners were extremely gracious) to when we left 4 days later our stay could not have been better. The house and grounds were spotless and there was nothing we lacked in terms of kitchen accessories, dishes, etc., as well as bedding bath accessories and more! We had one little issue with the tv but that was due to our lack of knowledge but we called the owner and he was there is 15 minutes to so us how to work it. If you like being on the water this is PERFECT. Bring your boat. There is a boat dock with lift ready for you. The owner provided a kayak, paddle board and other items for fun on the water. The house is convenient to restaurants, bars, entertainment, the beach, everything you need to make a great vacation. We plan on coming back next year!

Space coast sports complex stay!

This VRBO exceeded its online photos. It was a wonderful home with every thing you could need and more. My husband and I plus our two 13 year old boys stayed here for a baseball tournament at space coast sports complex. It was a quick 25 minute drive to the complex and was worth it to be so close to the beach during off time!! Really this VRBO is 5 Stars
