Oceanfront Condo, Family Friendly Close To Orlando Attractions

This ground-floor oceanfront condo is a slice of heaven. Step out your back door to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. About 50 minutes away from Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. 10 minutes away from Port Canaveral and all the major cruise lines. Home of Kennedy Space Center see and FEEL the rocket launches from your balcony.

Family-friendly beach, no cars allowed, active sea turtle nesting area. Lots of sand to bury Dad and lots of quiet for Mom to take a break and relax. Take a jog in the morning and a romantic stroll at sunset. Plenty of fishing right from shore or take a deep-sea fishing excursion from the Port. Step out of the ocean into the heated pool with chaise lounges for sunning, deck chairs for resting, and tables for just hanging out.

Unit includes on-site garage parking at NO ADDITIONAL charge. I don't know about you but I've stayed at places that added up to $50 per day to park the car.

Nice condo. Can see ocean a little on outside porch and master bedroom windows. Close to all kind restaurants and beach stores. Would go back. My only complaints is the sliding door to get to outside patio was hard as hell. Almost took the hulk to open and close. I also dont like clocks not being in bedrooms. But would go back but with something to sliding glass slide

Excellent Beachfront Condo

Beach (right outside your door) heated pool, rocket launches, and restaurants within a short walk. This condo is perfect for a laid back beach break. We love it!

Perfect location!

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend and it was amazing! The condo is right on a quieter stretch of beach and had everything you could possibly need for the ultimate beach day (chairs, towels, tent, etc). The condo was pristinely clean, very quiet, and the communication with the renter was quick and informative. Highly recommended!

Overall great place. Located pretty much in the heart of cocoa beach, you can walk just about anywhere. kind of a pain to pull in to but its right next to the ocean!

We enjoyed a few nights at this awesome, ocean front condo! Truly a few steps from the beach & pool, this first floor condo is great!! Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of soaps, cleaning supplies, a washer-dryer, and more chairs, beach supplies, etc than you’ll ever need!

Clean & Comfortable Cocoa Beach Condo

We wanted a ground level clean & comfortable condo with a pool on the beach. We loved watching the ships passing by and watching a night launch from our patio. Great memories!

We loved our stay at this condo! It was a spontaneous and short trip to see the Heavy Falcon launch. We were so pleased with everything at the condo from the cleanliness, the comfort, the oceanfront view and easy access to the beach, the pool, to the beach chairs, toys, etc. provided. Relaxing getaway

My family and I had a great time at this condo. All you need for a day at the beach is provided. Nearby restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Condo was stocked with supplies if you wanted to cook at home as well. Rex was easy to get in touch with and made check in/check out seamless. We hope to visit again soon!
