The layout of the house is wonderful. Everything was so clean. The neighborhood is lovely and conveniently close to everything. There were two sitting areas outside which we all enjoyed everyday. The master bedroom does not have its own bathroom. We loved having so many beds and bedrooms only walking distance to the beautiful beach. The house was basically clean and the management company was very easy to work with. The house was too basic to give 5 stars. I know how hard some hosts try to have all the basic needs covered and then add so many little extras to make for a wonderful vacation. It could be 5 star vacation home with the addition of just some basics like some kind of condiments... like salt and pepper...there is nothing in the kitchen to use while cooking. The back yard is huge and empty. It is perfect for a fire pit, a lounge chair or two for people to sit and relax or a small pool. There is a garage that would be perfect for a game room. The house had some beach towels and 2 small beach chairs. Other rental properties in the area that we saw supply bicycles, beach carts, surfboards, beach toys, umbrellas and chairs. We were told it only had what other people have left so we had to come prepared. This house is in a great location to go see a launch or for a day at the beach but it needs some amenities to be a 5 star vacation home. ##### Laura M.
