This one bedroom one bath unit is located in the heart of Cocoa Beach, just a few minutes from Lori Wilson Park, the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jons Surf Shop, and a variety of restaurants that are loved by locals. This bright, airy unit is well equipped with A/C, WiFi, free parking, a TV, washer & dryer, a screened in patio, and a comfy queen size bed. Walk to the beach in just one minute and enjoy watching NASA rocket launches and soaking up the Florida sun! The Space: This apartment and complex are owned by Cocoa Beach locals and have been passed down within the same family for three generations. We’re happy to carry on the tradition of welcoming guests to our favorite Florida beach town! This cozy unit features one queen bed with fresh, white linens and a newly renovated private bathroom. The coastal nautical paintings and charming beachy furniture curate the perfect coastal cottage feel for our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric range, a microwave and, of course, a coffee pot for getting your morning started before you set off. A bistro table for two is perfect for planning your day while you caffeinate. Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Now, the listing did say there was a twin-size bed in the living room… turns out, that meant a mattress folded up in the closet. That threw me off a bit, especially since I was traveling with my 21-year-old son. Not exactly the setup we expected, but we made it work!Now, the upstairs neighbors… whew. I get that people are on vacation and want to have fun—party on! But these folks sounded like they were wearing cement blocks for shoes and decided midnight to 3 AM was prime stomping hour. I was woken up more than once thinking there was a wrestling match going on up there. Luckily, they settled down after Saturday night.All in all, despite a couple of surprises and some thuds from above, it was a great stay and I’d definitely consider coming back. ##### Amanda M. The apartment was clean, relatively modern, and only one block from beach access. Neighborhood seemed safe. A number of small amenities were provided, including coffee, filters, sweetener, etc. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom. It was quiet, except for footsteps in the apartment above. You can hear every step. Negatives include no dishwasher, weak water pressure in the shower, and a small TV. But it was worth the price, especially being so close to the beach. ##### Jay Y. We stayed in the lower unit and we could hear every time someone walked. It wasn’t quiet footsteps they were loud!! One night the people above us check in at 10:30pm little kids running around. The next night they came back at 12:40 am interrupting our sleep!!! Needs some more up-dating of kitchen. Limited space especially in the bathroom. Un-pleasant odor when we first arrived. A quick jaunt to the beach with all of the amenities we could ask for . The bed was super comfy , the decor really made it feel like a vacation. Can’t wait to go back . It was super accessible and had a strong shower with hot water . AC was great and beach chairs and cooler were an added bonus . Loved it ##### Kristen H.
