The location is perfect - it's close to the pier and restaurants, and the grocery store is across the street. Overall it's very quiet and has a lovely view of the pool and ocean. The kitchen has a great supply of pots/pans/dishes/utensils and the appliances are updated. The beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were wonderful to have. We had a family vacation in the beginning of June, so we thought it would be very busy but we were pleasantly surprised how low the crowding was. The condo is just as beautiful as advertised. We felt the beds were very comfortable and it was nice having separate beds in 2nd bedroom for our kids. My only tiny issue is the same almost everywhere we go and that is not enough hooks in bathrooms to hang wet bathing suits and towels. But not anything at all that I wouldn't stay here again gladly! The pool was very nice. Again, didn't have to rush down and hold chairs bc not too many ppl. I do wish they had more places at pool to get in the shade when needed like a small covered area or more umbrellas than the 2 at the tables. Management replied very quickly when I realized I had not printed my parking tag. And having an assigned parking spot was very nice! The condo is nicely centrally located and everywhere you want to go is within 10 min except Kennedy Space Center and it was only approx 20 min. Wonderful vacation and we would LOVE to return to this condo one day! ##### Tina W. This was our first trip to Cocoa Beach and we had a great time. The condo met our needs perfectly. The property is maintained in excellent condition and the access to the beach is very easy. On the beach it was not crowded at all which surprised us as the pier was close by. Overall, I give this trip a 4.5 star rating and the only reason I can’t give it a 5 was that we were not able to eat at some of the restaurants we wanted to. Some were closed on Mondays and Tuesdays due to low staffing but hopefully that will change soon. ##### Cory D. We loved the location, close to everything but not crowded. The pool was great, again not crowded. But the best thing, the view was beautiful, the porch is large and optimum for sitting outside watching surfers and enjoying the sea breeze. Will return in the future. ##### suzy p.
