Simply walk out the sliding glass doors and you are on the ocean. This is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. (Sleeps up to 4 ) (plus 1 or 2 on the non pullout couches) It is located about a half mile south of Ron Jon's Surf Shop and is across the street from a Publix grocery store shopping center. It is 10 minutes from Port Canaveral and 45 minutes from the Orlando airport and theme parks. The location was great and not busy. The condo complex looks worn down, but the inside of Allan's condo was perfect! We are beach people so we did not use the swimming pool or the laundry room or the picnic area but we loved the beach. However, entered condo a/c would not go lower than 77\. Handyman did not come until next day. We had to follow up with owner to find out when he was coming. First time to use the tub it would not drain. Call owner again. Did not hear back from him until the next day when we again had to follow up. Handyman can could not get drain to flow. We checked out without the tub drain working. Nothing like waiting on maintenance to come the entire vacation. ##### Kathee T.
