Dog-friendly! Dreaming of a cozy beach house steps away from the tide with an in-ground pool, social patio space, and bohemian-style sun porch? This 3 bed/2 bath roomy beach home built in the 1940s offers original hardwood floors, riverstone fireplace, big living spaces, a big kitchen, spacious backyard screened-in porch with wrap-around bench complete with throw pillows, an in-ground pool, a patio, lounge chairs, and a rooftop sundeck that offers spectacular 360 degree views of the ocean, river, sunrise and sunset. The house is set back from A1A, directly across the street from the ocean. Secure behind a private electric gate, the home boasts a brand-new in-ground pool with an in-pool umbrella for you to enjoy cooling off in the shade. Take a snack/drink break at the pool-side patio table, relax while your family enjoys themselves in the yard and pool, then dry off on the comfy lounge chairs. Returning from a long day at the beach? Rinse off in the heated outside shower, and enjoy a nightcap poolside with tropical-color pool light and soft patio string lights. Want to check out the surf before heading over to the beach? Take the stairs to the rooftop deck for your morning surf check, and have breakfast while you're at it on the bar table and high top chairs. The primary bedroom is located at the front of the house with its own en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are in a separate hallway, divided from the primary by the living room, with access to a bigger guest bathroom with walk-in shower. Beach accessories (chairs, towels, sand toys, beach cart, umbrella) are available for use, as well as a soft-top surfboard, some short boards, and pool toys. Two adult bicycles with helmets are available for use. We enjoyed the Tiny Turtle, watched the SpaceX Falcon 9 launch, enjoyed the pool oasis, morning coffee/sunrise on the rooftop, and the beach is literally across the street! Thank you for providing the beach buggy and chairs! If you are toting a lot of kids and beach stuff, you can pay 15 for all day beach parking at the public access beach entry. My grandbabies, which are 18 months and 5 years old was with me as well staying in this house. This Cocoa Beach cottage was exactly what we needed to feel back at home in the area. Beautifully decorated with charming surf and beach accents, the home is spacious, clean, and well stocked with everything required except your groceries. The tranquil back porch and outdoor retreat provide complete tropical privacy. The property is very quiet and offers ample space for children to play or additional parking for vehicles. It is also pet-friendly, with extra precautions taken to secure the perimeter. If you’re comfortable with heights, be sure to enjoy the view of the surf from the upper deck overlook. Host Erin is excellent with communication, instructions, and accommodating requests. We look forward to staying again! ##### Kym H. The pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing at the house. Everything that we needed, including beach umbrellas, beach chairs and beach buggy were a plus! We would definitely stay again. Enjoyed the pool and playing with our dog on the beach. The beach area is currently under construction and the first day we had to go up a few blocks to get to the water, but we still had a blast. We cooked dinner at the house every night and used the grill and found the kitchen well-stocked. Loved driving through the nature preserve by Cape Canaveral. ##### Gayle G. We had a 3 year old, 5 year old and my 80 year old father who has mobility issues and the house was perfect. The toys, pool, and beach equipment were so great with what was provided.
