The location was perfect. We were able to walk to pretty much anything we needed. We walked to mini golf, pizza, ice cream, rent bikes..... etc... This was our first visit to Cocoa Beach. We heard a lot of mixed reviews of the Pier. We chose to see how it was and we didn't go back. Everything else was great though. This property was without a doubt the cleanest we have ever walked in to. There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't provided. Well, except an ice-cream scooper, but we managed !!:) The communication was top notch and we would surely stay at this property again. They had chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards to use while you stayed. We had our own so we didn't need to but it is a great addition to this property. If you're thinking of visiting or booking this property, DO IT!!! Something that helped us save some $$ on this trip, we drove the small distance to another grocery store and did not go to Publix, it saved us easily $200....just a tip :) ##### Angela D.
