We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly. • Vacation Specialists are available to help you plan your trip, including transportation, tours, boat trips, private chefs, spa services, and local recommendations. • Guest Support Team members will be your primary point of contact for any questions related to the home before and during your stay. Our team works together to provide responsive support and help you enjoy a seamless, stress-free vacation. Situated right off the main street, PACIFICO is Playas del Coco’s premier development. This gated community offers guests 4 massive pools, a large jacuzzi, hiking trails, a children's play area and a sports complex with tennis, pickleball, basketball and soccer. From your condo, you are just steps from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. A 15-minute stroll gets you to the beach OR you can take one of the complimentary beach shuttles from the development. There is also a private oceanfront beach club that guests can access. Playas del Coco is just a 30-minute drive from Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), near Liberia. Several supermarkets, fruit vendors, and more restaurants, bars, and shops to count. Enjoy a walk along the beach boardwalk or stroll the beach from point to point for a 3km walk. Many scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours depart from Coco. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, and mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. Playas del Coco is the perfect home base for an amazing Costa Rican vacation! Guests have private access of the condo and balcony. PACIFICO amenities like the pools, sports complex and Beach Club are shared with other guests. The main living space has a large kitchen with breakfast bar seating, a dishwasher, and a laundry closet with a stackable washer/dryer. Continue into the dining space with seating for 4 and a comfortable living room with floor to ceiling sliding doors to the covered balcony. Off the main living space are a full bathroom and two of the bedrooms – one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. Adjacent to the living space is the spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and access to the balcony. There is also a large, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and vanity with double sinks. The unit can comfortably sleep 6 and is one of the closest buildings to the pedestrian gate, for easy access to town. Getting Around Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes). There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk) PACIFICO BEACH CLUB The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service. All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. To use Pacifico Beach Club, guests pay $35 per person, per day. The Beach Club will credit $25 to your food & beverage "tab" for the day, and the remaining $10 is the cost to use the facility. Guests under 12 are not charged. The Beach Club provides pool towels, and complimentary shuttle service between the development and the Beach Club. Guests have full access to the beach chairs, lounge areas and umbrellas. Cabanas are by reservation only and an extra fee applies. Renters are not permitted to reserve cabanas in advance but can inquire at the Pacifico Beach Club reception about availability and cost. Pacifico complex is beautiful and relaxing. We have stayed here twice before, and friends of ours have a house in Pacifico as well. This condo is EXTREMELY dated. The dryer did not work, the cupboards are falling apart as well as all but one bifold door to the closets. The amount of glasses/mugs/cups was insufficient for 4 people and there were 6 of us. The walls were filthy and there were cobwebs in the corners that i cleaned on the first day. The coffee machine did not work, but i give the property manager full credit on getting us a new one day 2\. The refrigerator made a lot of ice (have to take the small victories) but the light didn't work inside (very minor, but listing everything). There were no wash cloths or drying towels at all. The shower head in the small bathroom was 50% plugged (which i tried to clean but it was cement). We couldn't get hot water out of the small bathroom so everyone showered in the master bedroom shower. We also could not find a broom in the entire complex, so we borrowed one from a friend that was staying in another room. the blender didn't have a lid so we resorted to using a plate on top. I will give the beds credit, they were extremely comfortable, pillows not so much, but that's our opinion on them. you may like them. the unit did have internet and TV. the out side chairs and table were sufficient, but the lighting out there was little to none for night (it gets dark at 6pm). The place is livable for the price, just thought that we would get a unit like the one's we have had in the past. We are going back in December through RCI as well as staying at our friends house in Pacifico. Stay here, just maybe pick a different unit. ##### Cameron B. Stayed 9 nights in Jan 2023
