Great place to stay, vety close to the airport. Staff is very friendly and friendly and helpful. Siji at reception desk went above and beyond to arrange sight seeing tours.Dining staff was very helpful in preparing food to accommodate my needs. Hotel provided free trandportation to airport. I will certainly recommend this place.

Everything about the property was fantastic. Really good facilities and the pool was not crowded at all so it was all to my self One quick note, there were some insects in my room however due to the conditions and the climate I think this is fairly unavoidable. Would definitely recommend to others. K

The hotel was ok and the staff were helpful and efficient overall. The issue we had was that we needed a long distance taxi the next day and they pushed/arranged a travel agent who turned out to be unreliable. This messed up our plans and turned out to be costly.

I have been staying in this hotel since the early 2000s however probably due to covid the standard seems to have come down a lot, also the room comfort is below average.the reception area was hot and humid at check in and the break fast had very limited choice, however only satisfaction is that the food has not come down on quality

Shower didn’t work, pool water wasn’t very clear and surface needed skimming dead bugs and debris flooding on top. Room was comfortable clean. Airport shuttle service was good.

Clean, very friendly and cold beers!
I must have been there 4 times by now. It is a very good choice nearby Cochin airport. Clean, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Everything works. Good restaurant. And a bar! Cold beers! A rarity in that area. And the airport drop off is great. 1:30am you need to get to the airport? No problem, they will drop you off. Best choice in that area in that price range.

Poor Quality Hotel
Badly maintained property. Too many bugs in the room. Staff very friendly, but not sufficiently trained and confused. The bartender served red wine which was opened 2 days earlier and not sealed properly.

Extremely nice staff especially Siji at the front desk. Nice dining especially Kerala breakfast. Some improvements needed especially shower. Other than that nice place for the price Close to Cok airport. Will stay here again.

Quality Airport Hotel is a very well maintained property. The food is excellent and staff courteous. A well managed pick up and drop at the airport made for a very comfortable trip. The rooms are luxurious for the price.

I had a midnight arrival and the water heating had been turned off by that point. Room is clean but walls and bathroom equipment showing real wear and tear. Breakfast was a reasonable spread, appreciated the fresh juice options. Was given a private 4wd shuttle back to the airport at 9 the next morning. At the price I paid, I have nothing to complain about. Excellent value.

The only positives are 1) this hotel is close to Cochin airport. 2) a/c worked well. 3) floors were clean. Negatives are too many to list, but here are several: Room in need of paint. Walls were dirty. Bathroom ceiling was cracking. Hot water in shower went from hot to scalding without any way to predict it. Restaurant was supposed to be open for breakfast at 7 am. By 7:20, the staff still didn't have the buffet complete. Food was so so. I asked for separate tea with 2 teabags. Staff said that no milk powder was available - black tea only. One of the front desk guys spoke very little English. General feeling was that there really wasn;t anyone at this hotel who was running things. You get what you pay for. $30 / night. Probably won't be back.

Spent couple of hours, My booking was via Expedia. There are pros and cons to this place - Pros - Close to airport , Free pick up from airport , Friendly driver. Cons - Rooms are dated , Restroom (Toilet) do not look clean, restroom (toilet) not standard. weird harpic / Lizol smell everywhere. Hotel looks like budget hotel. Power supplies not good. they don't have international plug points (only 230 there). Furnitures, Fan and room lamps where covered in dust but it was ok. Poor breakfast, but restaurant staff (small girl) provide black coffee based n my request with a good smile. No 'Quality' on 'Quality Airport hotel'

Very noisy due to renovation. For customer comfort the floor must have been closed . We had to go and request No iron or hair dryer in the room ( 112) but had iron board/ hairdryer and fridge in 114 . The explanation was all are included in the suite room ( 114 looked the same as 112) Requsted for wake up call ( 1am on 25/4/18). Did not wake us up and waited for us downstairs to call the taxi to airport.

Quite Decent & An Average Hotel
We just transited for one night and the good part is that it has close proximity to the International Airport. Overall the entire hotel needs a quite a bit of face-lift as it is almost over 12-15 years old. Rooms are quite spacious but not in good condition and they have broken roofs and worn out bathroom tiles and very unhygienic towels. Staff attitude is very good and that could be one of the main reason that the hotel is still in existence. However it is a basic standard hotel with competitive rates and offers quite a good value for money.

The staff here were wildly unfriendly and unhelpful. They took our passports away from us more than once to photocopy and didn't provide a bag or anything when we asked if we could get breakfast in the go.

We arrived at the quality hotel on our first night in India so the drive there was quite confronting at 12:30am but extremely close. Once we were there however we were greeted by security and the concierge who were friendly and accommodating. They took our bags to the room. They also gave us a wake call at 4:30am and a complimentary rode back to the airport at 5:30am for our next flight. Would recommend if on a budget, after the "real" india experience and needed to be near the airport however don't arrive at night.
