"10/10 recommend staying here!!. It’s on the main strip, but still in an area that is not loud. It’s an easy walk to everything. I felt safe and the guard for the building is extremely helpful. The owner is very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. The view from the Apartment is absolutely gorgeous, the furnishings were nice and very clean. Will definitely visit again! "

"We enjoyed our stay and the house was very clean . We had a few problems that the owner addressed quickly like when the air conditioner broke they fixed it. The manger of property was awesome but the house needs some serious updating, everything metal was covered in rust and cracks in ceilings, walls and the smell of gas from appliances was bad enough to get headaches. The TV was broken, allegedly taken from the neighbors trash can some years ago....but the property manager Jim helped everytime...

Great location! - Wish we had access to common areas like pool, gym and jacuzzi but due to covid the building has a no access policy for guest that are not staying for at least 3 months. "We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment. It was well stocked when we arrived. The building is secure. Having a washing machine in the unit was greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings while watching the sea turtles swimming around. Questions were answered quickly, and Cynthia was available for recommendations throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here!"

"This was a clean cosy condo unit in a small 6 unit building. Security was excellent, the pool was clean and the other residents were super welcoming. Highlights were the daily barefoot beach walks and the magnificent sunsets. Both the property owner and the property manager were very helpful. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing home base from which to explore the Ecuadorian coast."
