Location and cleanliness of the property and unit are outstanding. A perfect spot to enjoy the pristine beach just steps away, and short drive to multiple restaurants and tiki bars up and down the Gulf coast. This was our second visit to the property, and we will definitely return.

Magical location directly on the gulf!

Our stay was perfect! The location is amazing and only steps from the beach. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed on the sand. We will be back.

Beach getaway

Awesome place to stay will be back again. Love the location and the closeness to the beach. Just need to add a washer/ dryer and that would really help. Overall Awesome place.

Pure bliss

The property was very well maintained.Was very clean and the view of the beach was gorgeous. Could watch the sunset right off the balcony! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The view was outstanding!!! The property was clean inside and outside. It was an amazing view of the sunrise and sunsets right from the unit or on the balcony. The beach was not crowded as the beach access was somewhat exclusive. It’s not a fancy place to stay but it had everything you might need. You should go!

Great condo right on the beach

This condo was perfect for a couple. It was right on the beach with a full beach view. We were blessed with excellent sunset views nightly.The kitchen and bath had all essential amenities. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, a necessity in July. Very clean and quiet throughout our stay. Our only wish was wanting a bigger balcony-there are 2 chairs, but no space for a small table. We made it work! The condo is about 15 minutes from Clearwater and close to Indian Shores.

Amazing Stay

Condo is cute, clean and has an amazng view. Great pool, with lots of outside seating on the property. Kitchen is well equipped too. We would definitely stay here again, perfect for a couple.

Great beach access

The place had quick and easy beach access which is what we were after. It was smaller than we expected, but clean and cozy. Our setbacks were the rickety chairs on the patio and we had no ice except for one tiny ice tray in the freezer. They advertised an ice machine.

Quiet Beach

This property was wonderful. The view was an obstructed view of the ocean. The beach was a few steps from the condo. The condo had everything you may need for the beach! The bed was very comfy. The beach had few people on it. The property manager was extremely helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property.

My daughter and i came down to Florida for a relaxing get away. That is exactly what we got in Bellaire beach. The condo was beautiful, weather was great. The sunsets were awesome and we even saw some dolphins and manatees.

Great location

We normally stay at Indian Shores, but decided to try something different. I'm glad we did. We actually liked this location better. Facilities were clean. Beach was clean and quiet. We were there on Labor Day weekend and the beach still wasn't busy. If your toilet paper picky like us, you better bring your own.

Perfect little quiet condo right on the beach. The beach was never crowded which was exactly what we were looking for. White sand and clear water. Within driving distance or long walk to restaurants. Our hosts were very responsive to questions. We will definitely be back.

Mom daughter getaway

The host is great at communicating and the location to the ocean is close. We had 40mph winds one day and still had a wonderful sunset from our windows. The unit was clean but it is dated somewhat and the electrical room around the corner had a beeping going on the entire time and the elevator inspection is way out of date. I would stay with this host again and looking at some of the other properties. This unit is cozy for 2 people but more than that with a shared closet with the beach stuff might get tight. Again great views and wonderful access to beach.

Great Get Away

What a great place to get away. A beautiful view of the water. Steps away from a quiet laid back beach. Nice clean condo and facility. Cozy condo with balcony with a beautiful view. Great for 2 people and good kitchen amenities. Convenient and great location with easy access to the bustling clearwater area and other beach areas south of the condo.
