Featuring an open-concept layout, the home boasts spacious living areas with high ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a sleek island perfect for entertaining. Next door is a 7 bedroom with a Lazy River to book together! Plus two other homes - <2 min walk Other things to note PETS: We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet’s stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date. POOL|SPA: Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 30-45 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Every detail was thought through and the space is lovely. Exceptionally clean and modern. We will absolutely come back again and again when we are in the desert. One more thing: the pool is just lovely. There’s a shallow ledge for lounging, a hot tub, and a deeper end. It’s all just good. The home was ready when we arrived and was exactly as pictured on the VRBO website. We paid for the spa to be heated each day which my family used several times during our stay. The home was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked.
