The check in hours were not what we expected. Typically reservations, checking in is at 11am. The receptionist informed me that this was 4pm. I was there for a 4pm wedding and travelled from NY. He insisted that I had no reservations. Finally, we realized he had the wrong spelling of my name. I got a room at 1pm. I was informed that there was continental breakfast, I had to pay for the breakfast. There was over flowing trash bins in the waiting area where guests were. The rooms and carpets smelled musty.
