Note: This is the downstairs unit of a duplex with its own private entrance and separate HVAC. Noise may travel between floors, so please be respectful of other guests and keep the noise down. You will most likely not be the only guest in the house so please be aware of that before booking. Since there are two units in this building, there is always potential for noise. If you are sensitive to that, please do not book this space.

We respect our neighbors and the guests in the other unit and do not want to bother them.***

Guest access
Private entrance from the front porch and guests will have access to the entire space. Even though this is the first floor unit, there are approximately 4 steps leading to the front door of the unit.

Feel free to use the space however you like! We do ask that you respect and clean up after yourself prior to leaving.

Other things to note
Free parking available on both sides of the street. Unfortunately, the driveway spot is NOT available for this unit.

Dave's supermarket and the West Side Market is 1.4 miles away.
